  I had a written contract with another company at a fair price and this jerk begged and pleaded for me to let them see it so he can beat it. I said no and he did not stop. I finally showed it to him and he knocked $50 and tried to lie…

  Pros: The should not get any rating but I had to give the min. Cons: Pushy, underhanded and rude.
