  The phone agents/receptionists are extremly rude and unhelpfull. For the money these people charge you will be better off with someone else...

  Tri Lectric's customer service department is comprised of extremely rude and unprofessional people, unwilling to help the client. It seems like they are using the answering service/receptionists to handle customer issues.
