  I got home at 5:00 P.M. and my TV was down for the count. I phoned Arbat TV and was up and running by 6:30 P.M. the SAME DAY for a REASONABLE price!! I highly recommend Arbat TV.

  watch out , don't fall to five star rating like me , it looks like he writes his own reviews , i called to repair my tv , based on price he listed on line , ended paying $ 432.0 and i dont know what he did on my tv and when i asked him…
